Question:
I want to put a small pneumatic tire, 8 inch, in place of the hard plastic 6 inch that came with pop up camper. Would be easier for me to push it into garage and camp sites. I have a way to use use a jack stand and bolt little tire to it. Any info or suggestions would be great. Thanks

A trailer jack is not made to allow you to bolt a different wheel and tire to it. Typically, a replacement wheel is going to be specific to the jack, and the same size as the current wheel. The design just won't allow for it, you wouldn't have enough clearance.
Your best bet would be to replace your current jack. Something like the Extreme Off-Road Ratcheting Trailer Jack # ORJW1SU or # ORJW750BD would be a good option to get rid of the plastic wheel. If you let me know what you have right now I would be happy to suggest a replacement that would match what you currently have.
I have attached some reviews as well as a link to all of our jacks with wheels for your reference.
