Can Caster Wheel of ARK Extreme Off-Road Trailer Jack Be Easily Swiveled

Question:
The axle of the jockey wheel on this ARK unit is not offset like all of the others. Can the trailer still change direction easily by hand?

It sure can, the caster wheel or the ARK # ORJW1SU isn't offset because the ratcheting arm is used to rotate the caster wheel so the trailer will be easy to maneuver around. If you click the provided link, you can see a product description video that explains how the jack works
