What Are The Mounting Plate Measurements For The ARK Trailer Jack ORJW1SU?

Question:

I need a schematic of the mounting plate, ie distance between bolt holes, outside dimensions of plate, size of drilled holes. I need to make bracket to fit to custom tear my son bought. Thank you

I will start by saying the ARK Extreme Off-Road Ratcheting Trailer Jack w/ Wheel # ORJW1SU will fit frames that are 2" to 6" tall. The bolt hole measurements vary and I included a diagram with everything listed, but the overall dimensions of the plate are 5-1/2" by 7-1/2" and the bolt used are M12, so the holes will be just under 1/2".
