Yes! We do have a class II hitch receiver for your 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. For that great hitch, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C66KR. The Curt hitch includes a gloss outer coat on top of the base powder coat to provide you with superior rust and corrosion resistance.

Since the ground clearance measurement with this hitch is 10 inches from the ground to the bottom of the receiver tube, I recommend using an accessory with a rise such as the Swagman XTC2 TILT Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S64671. The great thing of using the XTC2 TILT is that you get a 3-inch rise without using a hitch adapter and thus reducing your hitch's weight capacity by 50%. If you have fat-tire bikes, you will need the adapter # S64674. If your bikes are women's bikes, step-thru bikes, or children's bikes, I recommend purchasing the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 for each bike.
