Yes, you will have two choices in Class II hitch receivers, and they fit all the models of your 2021 Toyota RAV4.. They are the

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4", part # C66KR, and the
Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4", part # 36675.

Each of these hitch receivers do have a maximum tongue weight of 350 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs. The Draw-Tite hitch receiver measures, from the ground to the top of the hitch receiver, 12". It measures 5' from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper. The Curt hitch receiver is about 12" from the ground to the top of the receiver tube and 5-1/2 from the center of the hitch pin to the edge of the hitch receiver. If I had to choose, I would go with the Draw-Tite offering, because I prefer the finish.
