Question:

Hello, Not sure if it is the vent or just the switch/controller that is bad. nothing works using the switch on the wall but I have 12 volt going to the fan. could it be the controller? This fan also has a rain sensor on it. Do you have any idea what the problem would be.

If you have 12 volts going to the fan it is motor. You will need the Replacement 12-Volt Variable Speed Fan Motor for MaxxAir MaxxFan RV Roof Vents item # MA10-20968. If the voltage isn't going to the motor than it could be the controller which is item # MA10A04751KS. We offer both of these parts in the Replacement MaxxFan Plus 10-Speed Roof Vent with Smoke Lid item # MA99FR.
