I determined that your Ventline exhaust fan v2525 is a northern breeze model and unfortunately we do not carry a replacement motor. I recommend Replacement Roof Vent for MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke Item # MA99FR. This vent is a powered lift with 10 speeds for better airflow when needed.

With having hands on experience installing and using these here I would go with the maxxair. It is an unbelievable difference inside the camper/RV if you have never had a fan with multiple speeds and is well worth it.

I also recommend using the Roof Vent Installation Kit - Sealant, Butyl Tape, Screws - White Item # 344270KITW.

There is also the replacement vent assembly with the Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - Smoke Item # V3094-603-00. This vent is manual lift with a one speed fan.
