Question:

Hello, We have a 2014 Entegra Cornerstone RV. We are looking for a new double electric entry step motor, as we believe the worm gear is bad in ours. Unfortunately the model number of our step has been painted over, so we do not have that number. The part #LC380073 looks to be what we need. I have attached a couple of pictures. Can you confirm that this is the part we need? Thanks.

I have a more likely solution for you but the Replacement Motor for Kwikee Revolution Series Electric RV Steps # LC380073 is for the Revolution Series steps like the # LC3725791. Which from what I can see, doesn't look like that's what you have. Without having the actual step model number or the number off of the motor, I don't really have a way to know for sure that this is the correct motor. But, I believe the Replacement Motor for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC301695 is more than likely the replacement motor you are needing. It looks like the motor in the picture and works with single, double or triple Lippert Coach Steps.
