Question:
I don't want to settle on this step just yet. It is a very tight fit and not giving me the rise/run I want. I am looking at another unit, but again, the dimensions you have posted don't make sense. See LC3725791. Your photo says the front to back bolt hole pattern is 8.75". The next photo down says the entire bracket is only 8.375" long. I suspect the top photo is correct. Please confirm. Thank you

The Lippert Electric Tread Lite Step for RVs # LC353543 has a top step that measures 4-1/2 inches from the top of the step to the top of the bracket frame. I confirmed this with my contact at Lippert/HappiJac who makes this step.
