The 12V motor extends and retracts the steps through the included switch kit, giving you reliable power when you need it. The drive system uses solid steel rods and stainless steel bushings for lasting durability, and the motor runs quietly so you can enter and exit without extra noise. Each 24" wide x 11-1/8" deep tread gives steady footing with an 8" rise between steps, making it feel like climbing real stairs.
Each step surface has a non-slip tread and reflective edges that are easy to see, even in low light. The design helps prevent slips in wet or dark conditions and gives you clearer visibility when camping or parking at night.
The frame is made from sturdy, powder-coated steel that stands up to weather, road grime, and heavy use. Air-pressed rivets at key pivot points keep movement smooth and tight over time. The 300 lb capacity means the steps stay steady when carrying gear or helping others climb in.
If the steps hit an obstacle while extending, the built-in safety feature automatically retracts them to prevent damage. They also retract when the vehicle’s ignition is turned on, so you don’t drive off with them extended. With an extended height of 14-1/8" and a folded height of 7-3/4", the unit stays compact and secure when stowed.
This replacement assembly includes the steps, motor, and switch kit for Kwikee 32 Series setups. The mounting plate is 23-3/4" wide x 11-3/8" deep with a 22" x 8" bolt pattern, so it bolts into existing holes on most setups. A 4-way plug connects to your existing harness, and a 4-way pigtail is included if hardwiring is needed.

Instructions were confusing and did not give simple details for installation of wiring. We had to run new wires and skip the ones that were original to our RV but once we figured out the switch, it was straightforward. The unit is very heavy so needed 2 guys to install it.
These were purchased and installed on a customer RV and the were well pleased.
I think you told me to order the wrong steps! I have a motor home with auto steps why would you tell me the part# for manual steps Bryce? and now I paid all this money to have the aggravation of not being able to install them, Which is now gonna put me another week behind or more for my assignment making me lose more money because I'm stranded on the side of the road waiting for the correct steps...I'll have to send the manual steps back and wait for the correct "Automatic steps for a Motorhome, Ridiculous!!!

Exact replacement for what I had , all holes matched , no problems with anything .
Perfect fit, motor is so quiet. Had to use my old control module and light (FYI) . I was worried the metal would not be a thick enough gauge. I was happy to see it was heavier gauge than my original Kwickee 326000. The local dealer wanted about $300. More than etailer.com,
Arrived as scheduled, easy to install. Just had to swap the controller from old stairs to new stairs. All the mounting holes were the same as original.
Received on time and as described. Followed up with sending me extra free fasteners that I needed. Best price.

Great product! Easy to install although heavy and has worked perfectly. Highly recommended
Pretty much a direct replacement for my 2013 stairs. The newer design of the motor and gear case seems to work quieter and smoother.
