Have swagman bike rack ebike rv rated. Lost the short ratchet hook that secures crossbar. Can you replace?

I believe that you're talking about the Swagman Dispatch Bike Rack # S44FR which is rated for up to 45 lb bikes and can be used with any kind of RV setup. If this is the case then we have the Replacement Short Hook # S59VR or you can get the Long & Short Hooks # SP428 if you need the mounting bracket base piece and locks.
Both arms fit a variety of Swagman bike racks. If you can confirm what bike rack you have I can confirm whether this will fit for you or not.
