Question:
I have a 2019 Forest River Wildwood Travel Trailer with 205/75/14 D tires rated at 65 MPH and I would like to go up a size to a 205/75/15 D rated at 81 MPH. Will the fit my travel Trailer? The tires I have now are 25 inches tall and the new tire and wheels are 27 inches tall. Thanks for any help.

We do offer the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10235 that is the same size and load range D of your current tire on your 2019 Forest River Wildwood travel trailer. It has the same 81mph speed rating that you are looking for. This will ensure that you do not have any tire clearance issues or affect the height range of your current steps, stabilizers or weight distribution hitch you already have set on your Wildwood.
The only way to know for sure if you can move to the larger Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Vesper Black Mod Wheel # MX47FR is to compare with the current amount of clearance you currently have. You mentioned that your current tires are 25" tall but a new set of 205/75R14 is 26.1" tall. The 205/75R15 is going to be the same width as your current tire with an overall diameter of 27.1". This may require an extra 1/2" of vertical clearance. If you have a tandem axle you will need to ensure that the extra 1" that you are losing between the tire surfaces will not cause any issues. I recommend ensuring that you will still have at least 3" of clearance between the tires as well as vertical clearance to the fenders or anything else under your Wildwood that the tire may come into contact with.
