I have a dexter brake drum #8-201. I want to order a brakes from you #23-324 but will they fit. Here is a picture of the brakes.

If the brakes in the picture are 12 x 2 inch brakes then yes, you can use # 23-324 (left hand side) and # 23-325 (right hand side). These brakes are rated for 5,200 pound axles and use the 5-bolt mounting pattern as the brake in your picture. The new brakes are also uni-servo just like the one brake in your picture.
Something else in your picture is interesting. I believe the brakes on there now are free backing brakes. These brakes would allow you to back up without the brakes engaging. If that is a feature you want to keep then you would need # 23-342 (left) and # 23-343 (right).
