Hi, I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500, LT, Z71 short box 78.9 pickup truck with an existing black. Extang, Trifecta 2.0 truck hero folding tonneau cover. I ripped the cover today and wanted to see if I could replace the fabric without having to replace the entire system. I see you sell replacement tarps for this brand. My question is: how difficult is it to actually take the ripped tarp off and replace it with the new one? Do you have any instructions or a video showing how the replacement is made.

Yes, we do offer a replacement tarp for the Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover - Folding - Vinyl item # EX92450. This is the entire system for your 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 short bed. The replacement cover you need is Replacement Tarp for Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover item # EX92450-20. I linked the installation instructions and a video for you to take a look at. I went over them and replacing the cover looks pretty easy. With the frame and rails already installed it should not take long at all to take out the damaged cover and replace it with the new one.
