Replacement 15 inch Tail Light for 2020 Heartland Fuel 287 Toy Hauler

Question:

I have a 2020 Heartland Fuel 287 toy hauler. The right rear turn signal does not work but the rest of the lamp does - it is a 15 vertical taillight with a red lens. I suspect I need to replace the taillight. I am having difficulty figuring out the specific part. Would you happen to know? Best,

It looks like the Hot-Line LED Third Brake Trailer Light Bar w/ Reflector # 328-003-6017X might be the best replacement as it has an overall length measurement of 15-1/4" and width measurement of 1-1/4". It also looks to have the same basic design as what I was able to find on your 2020 Heartland Fuel 287 toy hauler.

I do recommend checking out the wiring on your toy hauler prior to replacing the whole light though. For a trailer as new as yours it's a lot more likely that some wiring got damaged at some point than it is for a function to just stop working. If you remove the light you should be able to use a tester on the various wiring to see if power is even getting to the light when you use your right signal. If you don't see power then that means you need to trace that wiring as best you can and look for any damaged wiring that needs to be replaced.
