Question:

i have a stock trailer. i would like to add a brake light in the top center of the roof, is there a converter to tap into the existing tail/turn/brake lines to create a dedicated break only, the cheaper the better

For separating out a dedicated brake light signal for powering a trailer's third brake light the converter box part # 118158 would be exactly what you need. Once wired in the red wire of the converter is what you'd run to the third brake light.

Then for a third brake light the # 328-003-6017X would be a great option.
