Will the trailer hitch from my 2019 Toyota Highlander fit my 2021 model?

The 2019 and 2021 Toyota Highlander are of different vehicle generations, so there's been enough changes to the 2021 that the hitch from your older Highlander won't fit on the new one.

For your 2021, I'd recommend the Curt Class III hitch, part # C99FR which would work great for you, unless your Highlander spare tire is mounted on a rim larger than 18 inches, in which case the spare won't fit under the vehicle with the hitch installed.

If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like part # TK99FR, a ball mount like # 2753 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 2 inch trailer ball.
