Question:

it looks like you have 2 hitches that will fit the 2021 Toyota Highlander why would I purchase the more expensive one? I dont need the wire harness, this will be used for a bike rack.

I would be happy to help you decide which hitch receiver you should purchase for your 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE. The Curt item # C99FR you were looking at and the etrailer item # e75ZR are similar hitch receivers and would be great for attaching a bike rack. They are each Class III hitches with a maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 500 lbs. The difference is that the Curt item # C99FR has a gloss black powder coat finish over a protective base coat that offers superior rust resistance. The etrailer item # e75ZR is a matte black, powder coated steel that creates a rugged look. The price difference will come down to preference on how the hitch receiver will look on your vehicle.
