The most hidden hitch for your 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C99FR. The Curt hides the crosstube behind the bumper so all you see is the receiver tube opening and safety chain loops. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Highlander with included hardware.

I have attached a picture below so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed.

The wiring harness you will want is the Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C76CR. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the trim panel near the driver's side rear seat belt bracket. It will provide you with a 4-flat connector to control your trailer's lights.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop.
