I got a used curt hitch C12339 Can you tell me what grade the bolts are, what thread how long and the torque is so I can instill this right. THANKS

The easiest way to get the complete installation hardware you would need for your 2004 Toyota Camry would be to go to the product page for Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK, enter the part number of the hitch you have (C12339), select the hitch manufacturer (Curt) and then hit add to cart and we will ship you out the correct hardware kit.
To see a list of all the hardware this hitch comes with check out the picture I attached that I took from the installation instructions that has a complete parts list.
The torque specs are in the instructions link that I attached, step 4.
