Will this hitch fit my RV F-53 chassis? I have a friend that has the exact same RV and the service place said this is what they installed.My frame rails are 34inch apart outside to outside. I attach pictures of this hitch mounted on my buddies RV.

No, Tim. Your buddy's RV was likely built on the F-350-750 cab and chassis which is why it works. With your chassis being the F-53 you'd need to use something else.
Without knowing what year your F-53 is I can't say for certain that we don't have any custom fitting hitches, but we do have the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # C47CR which is very similar to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15445 your buddy has.
This hitch is universal, can fit frame widths of 18" to 44", is a class V hitch like # C15445 and has a nice 16,000 lb capacity.
