Which Replacement Motor and Fan Blade for Ventline V2065 Bathroom Vent Fan

Have a 1993 ceiling bath vent fan V2065 needs new motor and fan blade. Help me get right parts the 1st time. Think right motor is yourBCD0390-00 My fan blade says on it 6.5 on it
