Question:
I have a 2020 Ford F-150 4wd pickup and want to put the load lifter 5000 on it. My question is: do I need to remove my stock jounce bumpers from the vehicle as part of the bag install process. Thank you.

I took a look at the instructions for you and yes, the jounce bumpers will be removed when installing the Air Lift air bags that fit your 2020 Ford F-150:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385
The # AL57385 will essentially take the place of the jounce bumpers, and be much more effective as they will offer more support and stability for your truck, leveling your ride and improving its handling when you are towing or there is a load in the bed.
During the installation of these air bags, you are going to want to ensure your air lines are cut perfectly straight, and the best way to do this is by using the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530. Also, I do highly recommend adding a compressor in order to make both monitoring and maintaining the air bags much easier. The best option to do so is a wireless compressor, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL58WQ.

Thank you for the quick response. One follow up question concerns the upgrade kit (AL52300). Want to make sure it is compatible with the AL57385 bags. It looks like all lines are precut, will I need to do any cutting? Thank you again, Daryl
