When a trailer or heavy bed load sags the rear end, steering and braking can get sketchy. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to keep your truck level front to back. That means better handling, more even tire wear, and headlights that stay aimed where they should. The air bags work alongside your stock suspension to distribute weight across all four wheels so you can tow or haul with confidence.
Rough roads and heavy loads don’t have to mean harsh rides. Each air spring has an internal urethane jounce spring that cushions impacts and keeps things comfortable when air pressure is low. These jounces engage progressively—the more weight you add, the stiffer they get—so you get smooth response when empty and firm control under load. Even if air pressure drops to zero, the jounce acts as a backup to temporarily support your suspension until you fix or adjust your system.
Different jobs call for different setups, and this kit lets you fine-tune it. Air Lift’s manual inflation valves make it easy to adjust each spring from 5 psi up to 100 psi for side-to-side or front-to-back leveling. Inflate both evenly for stable towing or add pressure on one side to balance uneven loads like tool boxes or campers. You can also add an optional in-cab compressor system later if you want quick adjustments on the go.
These air springs are made from 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber with corrosion-proof Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter and stronger than steel. Air Lift’s roll plates at each end protect the bags from contact with moving parts and extend service life by spreading the load across a larger surface area. The urethane jounce springs need no maintenance and hold up in both hot and cold conditions, so the system stays reliable season after season.
Everything you need comes in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, manual inflation valves, and air lines. The setup mounts cleanly on the rear axle without interfering with hitch brackets or other gear under the frame. Once bolted in and inflated, you’re ready to go with a suspension that stays level, stable, and ready for whatever load you throw at it.

For most part, I haven’t had many problems. Had to reset the Bluetooth a couple of times
