When gear, trailers, or campers start dragging the rear down, these Air Lift Ride Control air helper springs step in with up to 2,000 lbs of load-leveling support. They help keep your vehicle level front-to-rear so steering and braking stay consistent, and your headlights remain properly aimed. By reducing rear-end sag, they cut down on the strain that heavy loads put on your factory suspension while improving safety and handling under load.
Every haul is different, and these adjustable air springs let you dial in the right support for the job. Add pressure to handle a heavy load or drop it down when running light. Each spring can be inflated independently for side-to-side leveling when loads are uneven. The system helps reduce bounce, sway, and road shock so driving feels more stable and controlled whether you’re towing or hauling bed cargo.
These springs install between the frame and leaf springs using the included mounting brackets, tubing, hardware, alignment tool, and Schrader valves for manual inflation. Inflation valves typically mount on the bumper for easy access, but you can choose another location that fits your setup. The included alignment tool centers each air spring correctly to prevent rubbing on underbed components, helping ensure long-lasting operation once installed.
For even more convenience, these Ride Control springs can be paired with an optional compressor system like the Air Lift Load Controller II # AL25592 (sold separately). That upgrade lets you monitor and adjust air pressure from inside your cab without relying on an external compressor. Whether you stick with manual fill valves or go wireless later, the system gives you flexible control over how your suspension responds to every load.

That is great to hear, and it looks nice on that E150! I am glad its got you back to level, and instead of speed mountains they are back to normal speed bumps without all the movement lol. Did you install yourself?

Ive now crossed the country several times with a 2,500 lb travel trailer. The air springs leveled the truck well, and no one flashes their high-beams at me anymore after dark. I will concur with the review below that the truck now bottoms out much sooner when empty and with reduced pressure in the springs. That may be normal, but its literally shocking and unexpected.
