Im pretty sure this will work on my 2003 Casita Trailer, Dexter Axel EP-15, Model SLR. Is the Hub compatible with the Dexter Brake assembly Item #23-27? Can the hub kit Item AKHD-545-35-EZ-K come lubed and assembled or at least with the inner races installed? Thanks

The etrailer Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K does come with the races and bearings already pre-greased and installed to make installation with the # 23-27 right hand brake assembly without issue.
