Does Replacement Side End Cap Fit Thule Roadway 912 Bike Rack

Re: 8535567 Thule Replacement Side End Cap You indicate on your product page which Thule racks these end caps fit however, they look identical to the end caps on my older Thule Roadway 912. On the broken one I have the part that fits into the opening is about 1 and 5/8 square. Do you think yours would fit my rack? They look identical. I would buy 3 of them if so.
