Could you give me the outside dimensions of the nut retainer

I measured the Replacement Nut Retainer and Nut # Y90254 and have an included diagram with everything you will need. I will also mention that this is designed for use with the Yakima HoldUp bike rack with a 2" shank, like the # Y02443. The 1-1/4" shanks with a 2" adapter are solid and will not allow this to be inserted.
