Question:

I am looking for a trailer hitch for my 2022 Honda Odyssey and am torn between the EcoHitch and C64NR hidden hitches. Which do you recommend?

For your 2022 Honda Odyssey the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7372 and Curt # C64NR are very similar as they have roughly the same installation difficulty, both have a hidden crosstube meaning once installed only the receiver itself is visible, and both have the same 525lb tongue weight rating and 3,500lb trailer weight rating. They are both made in the USA.

If you will be towing a trailer with your Odyssey you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118781, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
