I see the etrailer hitch and the Curt that fit my 2019 Honda Odyssey? Which should i get?

The main differences between the two 2 inch hitches that fit your 2019 Honda Odyssey is that the # e98855 is a bit easier to install whereas the # C64NR is much less visible since only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper which also greatly increase ground clearance.

I would go with the # e98855 for the easier install if you don't mind it being seen!

Do either of these Draw Tite hitches affect the 2020 Honda Odyssey's motion sensors such as the one under the bumper for the rear door?

Any of the trailer hitches available for your 2020 Odyssey will likely affect the sensors, but shouldn't completely block them. You will likely just need to wave your foot to either side of the hitch receiver to activate the lift gate feature.
