The hitch I bought was delivered as I expected. I had it installed and it fit my 2020 Odyssey fine as the person I had it installed by had no complaints. It seems it will work fine.

A very solid appearing hitch and went in perfectly, after the confusing instructions were deciphered. That is the only reason for the 4 star. Better instructions or a link to a video would be helpful

I haven't had time to mount the hitch yet, but I did hook up the two electrical adapters to the camper and all the lights work properly. I found a you tube video on attaching the hitch to an Odyssey and it looks simple enough. More later.
I received the hitch and after about 5 months I got the time to install it. Turns out that the box with the attachment parts had been damaged and some of the attachment parts were missing. I emailed etrailer about the problem on a Sunday afternoon and within two hours I had a response about how they would take care of the problem. I got the parts that I needed within 4 days. I installed the hitch and it fits just fine. Now, I need to do the wiring.
