Circuit Breaker Size for Brake Controller Install Towing 2 and 3 Axle Trailers

I have read where a 20 amp breaker is for 1-2 axles and 30 amp for 3-4. What if you tow both 2 and 3 axle trailers. Do you have to replace the fuse for different axles or is there a different setup or can you use a 30 amp for both? Thanks

If you planned to tow both a 2 axle and a 3 axle trailer you'd want to just use a 30 amp breaker like the part # PK54230. It wouldn't be necessary to go down to a lower rated breaker when towing the 2 axle trailer.
