TheEcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # EH36SR and the Hitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # 306-X7202 1 are both good hitches that will fit your 2021 Tesla Model S. They are nearly identical except for the size of the receiver opening.
The receiver opening for the Eco-Hitch # EH36SR is 2" x 2", while the # 306-X7202 has a 1 1/4" opening. They both haveba maximum tongue weight of 300 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 2000 lbs.
They both have a nice thick powder-coat finish that will last a very long time.
Between these two hitches I would recommend the # EH36SR, as having the 2" receiver opening will give you many more options down the road for hitch accessories. I always recommend the 2" opening when it is available.
