You do not need the Dometic RV Toilet Floor Flange Adapter Kit - 2 Bolt Flange to 4 Bolt Toilet - White # DMC64FR to remove your Sealand Traveler Toilet that uses 4 mounting bolts with a Dometic 320 series toilet that only uses two mounting bolts.

Instead you will just need to use your current mounting flange with the two new bolts included with your new toilet.

The bolts on the 4 bolt flange are at 10, 2, 4 and 6 o’clock. The new toilet with 2-bolt mount has the bolts placed at 3 and 9 o’clock. Could I use this to mount the 2 bolt toilet?

@Chris Assuming your flange on the black tank is matches the 2, 4, 6, and 10 o'clock mounting pattern then yeah you'll have no problems using the # DMC64FR to mount your two bolt toilet. However without knowing how your tank was configured from the manufacturer I can't say for sure. This is the only bolt on style flange available for black tanks so as long as your flange bolts to the tank and doesn't thread on like the # T05-0782 then you'd be fine.
