The Lippert Components RV Spare Tire Carrier part # LC159041 is designed for a weight of up to 150 lbs. It is a bolt-on design that can be fabricated to your Class C.
Please note, the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier still retains the hitch receiver opening so you can flat-tow a vehicle for example if needed.
