I may have an option for you, but unfortunately there are not suspension enhancement options confirmed to fit your 2021 Toyota Highlander V6.
With that said one of the Coil SumoSprings Helper Springs such as the # CSS-1168R you were looking at may still work but you will need to measure your coil springs to be sure. With the vehicle on level ground measure the distance between the middle coils in your rear coil springs.
If you can provide this measurement I would be happy to see if there is an option that will work for you.
