Question:
What is the size of the 4 bolts that replace the transport hook bolts. Bolt holes have some rust in them and I want to run a tap through before receiving the hitch I ordered. I want to be ready for install. Thank you.

The bolts holding the tow hooks in place are M12x1.25. I've linked to the install instructions for the Curt # 13367 hitch you'd looked at.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like part # 118405, a ball mount like part # 2753 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
I've linked to installation videos for the hitch and the trailer wiring harness.
