7 Way Round To 7 Blade Adapter To Tow 1976 Airstream trailer

Question:
Hi, im looking for a tow cable between my 2017 F250 and 1976 Airstream. The truck has a 7 way blade female plug and my Airstream has a 7 way round female plug. Pics attached. I am having the hardest time finding a cable with these 2 male ends. Id prefer a coiled cable, likely 8foot minimum. Im not above replacing the female port on the trailer with a 7 way blade port. But if at possible Id like to just buy a ready to go cable. Any help?

The easiest and hassle free way to accomplish this, is to swap your trailer's 7 way round plug end, with the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector # PK12706.
