Question:
Hi. Are there any air suspension options availably for towing with a 2021 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro? Or is my best option for eliminating rear end sag a weight distribution hitch? Also, when using a WDH, can you tow off road? Nothing crazy, just fire roads etc.? Or can you easily \ remove the arms when going off road? Just looking at my options for stopping rear end sag of my Sequoia when towing my Forest River Rockwood ESP 1640 on and slightly off road. Thanks

I have a couple solutions for eliminating the sagging in your 2021 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. Taking your vehicle off road on fire roads would be unpleasant with a weight distribution system so you would want to be able to easily unhook it. The Air Helper Springs item # AL60826 you were looking at are a confirmed fit for your Sequoia. These air helper springs provide 1,000 lbs of load-leveling support to improve safety and ride quality by leveling out your vehicle when being weighed down by a heavy load. They do this by supporting your existing rear coil spring suspension when you're hauling or towing.
The Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Item # BXW0350 would be a perfect addition to your towing set up. Your Forest River Rockwood ESP 1640 looks to weigh below 3,000 lbs when fully loaded so this system would be perfect for your trailer. The Blue OX SwayPro has a maximum capacity of 3,500 lbs gross trailer weight and 350 lbs tongue weight. The chain brackets are by far the easiest to unhook when you would be disconnecting the system when going off-road. I have attached a FAQ about weight distribution systems and finding the right one for your needs as well as a installation video about the Blue Ox SwayPro System.
