I have a solution for you, but there are not any custom-fit trailer hitch receivers for your 2012 Ford E450 van / bus so you will want to go with a universal option. The Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch and Brackets is what I recommend for your E450. You will want to measure and verify how much drop you want; for 3" drop go with # 15901 or for 9" drop go with # C47CR.

There are not custom bolt on hitches for this application. The variables in frame widths and custom RV bodies makes it impossible to make a hitch for each RV model. In these cases you have to use a Universal Weld-On hitch. The Curt #15901 is one such…
