You load up before sunrise, knowing the miles ahead will test everything. The drive stays steady, the trailer tracks true, and you spend less time worrying about the road and more time focused on getting the job done right.
When your trailer is loaded for the job, you need confidence in what is under it. This tire is rated for up to 2,860 lbs in single applications with a Load Range E and 10-ply rating, giving you the support needed for heavier utility trailers, campers, and equipment hauls.
Highway miles can wear a tire down fast if heat builds up. The radial construction helps the tire run cooler over long distances, which supports more consistent performance when you are covering serious ground.
If your trailer weight changes from trip to trip, uneven wear becomes a problem. The tread is designed to stay consistent across different load conditions, helping the tire wear more evenly over time.
Trailers often sit longer than they roll. The enhanced sidewall compound helps resist ozone damage, which can lead to cracking, so your tires are in better shape when it is time to head out again.
Sway and wandering can make towing stressful. This tire is designed to maintain solid road contact, helping your trailer track more predictably behind you at highway speeds.
Rain or dry pavement, you still need control. The wide footprint puts more rubber on the road, which helps improve traction and stability in a variety of driving conditions.

Hi, everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look at this Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire. Folks, this is a Load Range E, it is a 10-ply rated tire. The maximum load is gonna be 2,860 pounds, that should be enough to carry those demanding hauls that you have. And this uses a great tread design, it's been optimized for performance. It's gonna promote even wear across the whole surface of the tire, especially during varying loads that you may have.
So sometimes you're heavy, sometimes you're lights, this will hold it all. And it has enhanced sidewall, so the makeup and everything that they've done with the design and the compounds that make up the rubber and everything inside is gonna help resist ozone, UV, and that's gonna extend that tire life. And again, it's a radial construction, that just means it's made to reduce heat buildup, giving you consistent performance. Now, I should have to say it, but just so you're aware, these trailer tires are just that, made for trailers only, never put these on vehicles, they're not made for that. The makeup and the structure is totally different.
So, again, trailers only please. Now, again, this grip that you're seeing, this tread pattern is gonna be great for wet and dry conditions alike. The max psi is 80. The section width, so when it's fully inflated, side to side, 8.9 inches. And then the overall diameter of the tire, so from side all the way across, side to side, 28.4 inches.
So again, folks, this is the Karrier ST225/75R15. I'm Steven with etrailer. Thanks for watching, and stay safe while you're towing.

I love the way you explained how the tires take on wet roads. Also, I wanted to ask if those were kennels on your trailer.

Oh my, they are still holding air. So far this year they made it to Orlando and Racine, about 4200 miles. Going through Illinois. I thought for sure Id have to air down due to road conditions. But they did fine.

One year later and the tires still look nearly new. I’ve hit a number of deep pot holes at 45 mph+ and no visible damage to the tires. The trailer still tracks the same as the first day they were installed. I will be buying these tires for my 25 foot travel trailer when the old ones were out.
