Hi I received the Thule but am having some trouble getting my girls bike to set up. I used it and the clamps loosened up and some of the paint got scratched up. Can you send a video on how to nount a girls bike on the ThuleApexxt2

Any hanging bike rack that uses frame-mount cradles, like the Thule Apex XT 2 Bike Rack # TH9024XT, will have a hard time securing an oddly-shaped bike frame such as children's bikes or step-thru bikes. In this case, you will want to add an adapter bar to grab onto the bike's seat post and handlebar stem instead of the frame. Rhino-Rack Bike Frame Adapter Bar # RRRBCA021 would work well and your bike will then be properly secured to the Thule Apex bike rack.

While we do not have a video showing how to use this adapter bar on the Thule Apex XT, I did attach a video which shows how to use the adapter bar on any standard hanging bike rack and it will be basically the same process for yours.
