I went out to the warehouse and pulled Curt RV bumper hitch # C19101 to take the measurement you need. From the bottom of the top set of mounting holes down to the top of the receiver is 4-1/16 inches. I have included a picture showing the measurement I took, a link to the instructions, and a link to a video review.
