Hi Robert!

That's a good question. Not sure why we don't have that listed anywhere, but I did grab one of the Tie Down Spare Tire Mount - 4, 5, 6, and 8 Lug Wheels - Galvanized Steel # TD96FR from our warehouse and it measured 2" x 2". I included a quick diagram showing that as well.

What are you wanting to install this on?

Thank you for your reply. I’m wanting to mount a full sized spare tire for my F-350. The tire size is 295/65 R18 for an overall diameter of 33” mounted on a factory rim. I have a RanchHand Sport replacement bumper on the front with a 2” receiver. I’m thinking I could mount my second spare up front using the Curt Verticle Receiver Adapter part # C45013. It looks like it would provide me the correct height without obscuring my vision in front. The bumper’s receiver is 29” from the ground to the top of the receiver. Thanks from a good customer.

@RobertS That's an interesting idea. One thing I do need to point out though, the holes on the Tie Down # TD96FR would be on the wrong side to pin it to the Curt # C45013. So to do what you are wanting to do, you would need to drill new holes into the Tie Down # TD96FR. Not the end of the world or anything, but I wanted to make sure you were aware of that. Have you looked at something like the etrailer Spare Tire Mount for Hitch - 2" Hitch # e98ZR? this can be used in a front hitch and we have people do that fairly often with Jeeps. It would likely be a bit taller than the Tie Down set up, but figured I would throw it out there.
