Im trying to find a bumper mount for the spare tire for a 2023 sunseeker with 16 inch dual wheels. Thanks for any assistance.

Hello Jay, thanks for reaching out. We do have an option for that. The Brophy Rigid Mount Spare Tire Mount # TD96FR an carry 1 dually wheel (not two) with an 8-bolt lug pattern. The carrier is compatible with wheels up to 17-1/2 inches in diameter and will fit on square bumpers that are either 4 x 4 or 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 inches.
