I have a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat with the factory tow package. Will this part be compatible with Forward Collision Warning System and Automatic Emergency Braking?

Yes the Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR is compatible with your 2020 Ford Ranger that has the factory tow package, collision sensors and automatic emergency braking. This would wire directly to the brake controller wiring that is under the dash of your truck.
