Is there a B&W Companion with slide that would fit in a gooseneck on a 2017 Ford F-250?

The reason the Curt X5 5th wheel Base # 16310 does not fit the 2017 Ford F-250 with the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1116 installed is due to the distance the hitch sits below the bed of the truck. The # 16310 will not allow the retaining pin to be installed so it will not be usable.
For your truck you will need to go with the Demco # DM6140 which is essentially the same thing, but is confirmed to fit.
