Hello, Will this stop the LED Tail lights on my 2019 NEO Cargo trailer from flickering when the truck above is off and the trailer is still plug in. People at camp grounds or parking lots are letting me know they flicker every so many seconds or so. Especially noticeable at night.

I pulled a Curt 7-Way Adapter par #C57003 from our warehouse to measure it and found that the wire measures 9-1/2 inches from the back of the mounting surface to the end of the plug. Check out the video I attached to see this measurement.
