Whether you’re setting up a new tandem trailer or replacing worn parts, this kit is ready to handle real weight. It’s designed for use on trailers with tandem, 2,000-lb to 7,000-lb axles. The layout achieves 4" or 4-1/2" of clearance between the frame and axle, depending on axle size, so you get the right gap for proper travel and no bottoming out.
No guesswork here. The kit comes with (4) 2-1/2" front and rear hangers, (2) 5-7/16" center hangers, (2) 8" equalizers, and all the hardware to connect it—(8) 2-5/8" shackle straps, (12) 3" x 9/16" shackle bolts, (12) 9/16" locknuts, (2) 3-1/2" x 3/4" wet equalizer bolts, (2) 3/4" castle nuts, (2) 2-1/4" cotter pins, and (2) 1/8" MPT grease zerks. Everything fits together cleanly so the suspension moves freely without play or squeaks.
Creaks and clunks can ruin a day on the road. The included 3/4" diameter wet equalizer bolts have grease fittings built in, letting you lube the pivot points through the 1/8" MPT zerks. This keeps the movement smooth, prevents wear, and makes future maintenance fast and mess-free.
Getting the spacing right is simple with the included hanger dimensions and chart references. With equal 2-1/2" front/rear hangers and 8" equalizers, you can follow the measured layout for proper axle alignment and ride height. It’s a direct-fit design that makes home installs practical for anyone comfortable turning a wrench.
