Can Kenda ST145R12 Radial Trailer Tire & Wheel Replace 5.30R12 Trailer Tires

Question:

My trailer has 5.30x12 inch tires is there a radial available similar to the Kenda ST145/R12 load range D with the 81 mph rating or would that be the replacement?

For a radial load range D, 12 inch tire and wheel with an 81 mph speed rating to replace your 5.30R12, the Kenda ST145/R12 are the perfect option, as these are only going to be about 3/8" wider but about 5/16" shorter in diameter, so the clearances are going to be essentially the same.
